We are a Czech engineering and technology company with a tradition dating back to 2003, building on research that began in the 1970s. We renovate worn components – crankshafts, shafts, piston rods, axles, rotors, and internal openings – for a wide range of industries: automotive, railway, energy, paper, and others.
We use our own unique spraying technology, which ensures high surface quality, low friction, and exceptional wear resistance. Thanks to the low temperature of the process (80–110 °C), there are no changes in the dimensions or structure of the material.
Our technology can restore full functionality even to heavily loaded components, such as the crankshafts of diesel locomotive engines or the shafts of cogeneration units. The result is precise and reliable repairs with a long service life.
